Golang Job: Golang Developer (Samurai Team)

Hi there!
We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers.
And this is our Golang Developer (Samurai Team) role for those who want to turn ideas into reality using code, algorithms, and maybe a bit of magic.

Tasks in the role

• Writing working, high-quality, understandable, and testable code.

• 
  Working together with the team on developing the tool.

• 
  Implementing good practices in product development.

• 
  Participating in the development of the application architecture.

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of commercial development experience.

• 
  Expert-level knowledge of Go. Own projects would be considered a plus.

• 
  Strong knowledge of Linux and Bash.

• 
  Networking experience. Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

• 
  Experience working with SQL.

A bit about the team

We develop Keyword Manager, a tool for keyword research and analysis. It’s one of the most important areas of work for the modern internet marketer. We have the largest database of words and languages on the market, which we process and output to the user so that their workflow is as fast and efficient as possible. We have a lot of tasks planned, and that’s why we are looking for a new colleague—another Go Developer!

We're using the following technologies

• Front-end: ReasonML, JS, and React.

• Back-end: Golang, C++, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

• 
  Testing with Kotlin: Selenide, Retrofit, TestNG, and Go: Testing.

• 
  Also: GitLab-CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Sentry.

• 
  Ubuntu and Mac workstations.
